Also Crowne Plaza Doha - West Bay presents two exquisite, diverse restaurants to satisfy all imaginable culinary tastes. Award-winning Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor made its Qatari debut, offering Indian fine dining with a modern twist. Located in our significant sunny lobby, you can enjoy a delightful selection of gourmet coffee, tea, soft beverages and delicious desserts at RIQQA Caf. Dohas exclusive nightlife spot, Noir Lounge & Club, offers expertly produced food & drink, all in 'Film Noir' inspired dcor. Le Pool Club on the third floor offers a more casual option for refreshing concoctions, shisha, light snacks and beverages. At the moment we're looking for Waitresses to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at Crowne Plaza Doha - West Bay.

Your day to day

  1. Present bills to guests and ensures settlement of the same.2. Promote all menu items and promotions.3. Ensure all opening and closing duties are followed according to the checklist.4. Responsible for all service preparation, e.g. polishing of glasses, cutlery and wiping tables.5. Responsible for clearing and arranging the stations.6. Ensure that all menu items are sold at the correct selling price hence ensuring that the planned profitability is secured.7. Ensure that all billings are correct.8. Ensure that effective communication is carried out with all employees, while keeping an effective communication with your supervisor.9. Comply with Hotel Rules and Regulations and provisions contained in the Employment Handbook 10. Comply with Company Grooming Standards at all times to portray a professional image of self and the hotel.11. Comply with Time and Attendance Policies set by the hotel.12. Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development 13. Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety14. Comply with the Company’s Corporate Code of Conduct15. Familiarize self with the company values (Great Hotels Guests Love) and model desired behaviors (Winning Ways, Room to be Yourself) and ways of working (IHG Wheel).16. Perform all tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals

What we need from you

The team member is responsible for dealing with guests requirements in a courteous, charming and professional sales-oriented manner to both internal and external guests. To serve customers promptly by taking correct orders, posting the bill, collecting, serving the orders and settling of bills under the general guidance and direction of the Restaurant Manager/ Maitre D' Hotel, or his/her delegate and within the limits of the established InterContinental Hotels Group policies and procedures.At Crowne Plaza®, we want our guests to feel able to do their best, achieve their goals and be recognized for their success.
