Your day to day

To organise and plan the daily duties of the department, train the team on the hotel standards and provide a restaurant quality experience for our guests choosing to dine in their room.Key Responsibilities and DutiesDaily restocking of Minibars in every bedroomDelivery and replenishment of guest amenities on a daily basisTaking room service requests from guests and owning the order from call, to delivery and collection.Maintaining a tidy and organised departmentTraining Room Service team membersAttend the daily and weekly communication meetings to keep up to date on hotel business levels and expectations from the Room Service department.Writing the weekly department rota and managing team holidays

What we need from you

You’ll be committed to delivering fantastic customer service, but will also be a competent leader with strong communication skills that mean you can interact with all levels of colleagues and guests.With a flexible approach, and able to quickly adapt to change, you’ll have worked in this environment before and have a real eye for detail. Ideally you’ll have leadership experience in an F&B environment and the proven ability to go the extra mile for our customers.You will be organised and structured and be able to multi-task and prioritise as required
