Your day to day
Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown is seeking a Bright and Canny Revenue Manager to steer the revenue strategies of this vibrant lifestyle hotel. As Revenue Manager, you’ll have ambition, talent and obviously some key skills. This role is a key member of the hotel senior management team and working very closely with the Director of Marketing & Sales and General Manager. We are in search of an individual who is not afraid to challenge the norm, tackle challenges head on from different angles and who aspires to be part of a young, dynamic and eclectic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dubai Market, with a track record of developing winning commercial strategies. If that’s you, we would love to meet you!
What we need from you
HERE IS SOME OF THE FINE PRINT, Your forte is developing and implementing proven pricing strategies, executing tactical revenue initiatives and utilizing the full portfolio of revenue management practices and techniques that will generate short, medium and long-term strategies for profitable capture across all the hotel's activities. In addition to that, you will lead a lively team with passion, to ensure overall revenue goals are met.Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the revenue field. Experience in Downtown/Business Bay area within a recognized multi-national organization is a plus.• Evidence of personal and professional development experience in previous revenue management roles.• Relevant experience of leading and managing a team.• Evidence of having developed successful and creative commercial strategies to drive business and revenue optimization.
