Your day to day
Key Responsibilities:Delivers revenues and profits for the outlet by developing, marketing and providing appealing restaurant service; manages staff recruitment, training and engagement consistently.Job Duties:• Establishes restaurant business plan by surveying demand; conferring with people in the community; identifying and evaluating competitors; preparing financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates.• Initiates and creates new programs, flawlessly drives new sales development initiatives to strengthen and deliver restaurant profitability.• Meets financial objectives by preparing strategic and monthly forecast for the outlet and actively involved on annual budgets; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; establishing and monitoring financial controls; developing and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks.• Attracts guests by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs; evaluating program results; identifying and tracking changing demands.• Controls purchases and inventory for the outlet by meeting with other stakeholders in the resort; assists in negotiating prices and contracts; assist in developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; analyzing variances; taking corrective actions.• Creates an environment that provides exceptional dining experience for our guests with services that create lifetime relationships between the guests and the resort.• Brings flair of creativity and out of box thinking to the guest dining experience.• Acts as the guest service role model for the restaurants, sets a good example of excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.• Maintains guests’ satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred guests.• Overlooks outlet human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining management staff; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
What we need from you
The ideal candidate must be motivated, focused leader with a proven track record in leadership either at 5* luxury hotel restaurant with at least 2-5 years Leadership experience and should have a solid Service/or Culinary background. Someone with a high ability to influence, sound business acumen, strong analytical skills and understands the competitive market. A passion for delivering superior results.
