Your day to day

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Night Receptionist to join Kimpton Fitzroy London. As our Night Receptionist, you will provide excellent service to all guests, going above and beyond to exceed expectations. This is an exciting time to join our team, and develop heartfelt human connections through ridiculously personal experiences.

As a Night Receptionist, your role will include:

  • Providing a Kimpton welcome to all guests visiting the hotel, both in house and non-residents

  • Assist with late guest check-ins and early check-outs when necessary

  • Maintain a warm and friendly manner with each interaction, whilst ensuring efficiency during busy check in and check out periods

  • Support the management team with the Night Audit

  • Spend time in the lobby greeting and interacting with guests

  • Ensuring a fond farewell is given to each guest upon departure

  • Assist guest services with guest luggage as necessary

  • Providing information on the local area in conjunction with the concierge team

What we need from you

  • Previous experience in a dynamic and exceptional level of guest service role, in a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel is preferable

  • Excellent attention to detail and computer skills

  • Anticipate guest needs and surpass expectations to enhance the guest experience

  • Have a distinctive blend of confidence and personality to help give our guests an unforgettable experience

  • Be capable of making Intuitive decisions in favour of the guest and maintain the highest standards of service

  • Have a naturally warm and generous personality

  • Strong command of the English language

  • Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situation
