Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Rooms Coordinator, you’ll balance the hotel’s reservations with the most efficient room allocations - meeting IHG Rewards loyalty tiers and guest preferences with suitable allocation for booked room categories. This role oversees the daily guest relations, amenity delivery and rooms moves while ensuring a focus on accuracy, timeliness and delivering positively on the soft metrics of guest love, member recognition and problem resolution.

What we need from you

You'll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, were looking for someone who can deliver the True Luxury InterContinental Brand standards at each guest touch point. Support will be required on occasion, working in the Reservations, ISC and/or Reception team.
