Your day to day

Great memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a member of our Food & Beverage Leadership Team you will be responsible for the operational coordination and service delivery in our Cafe Opera Restaurant.

Passionate and hands-on in your approach, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the seamless service delivery

  • Aligning our brand standards and service culture You'll have strong knowledge and service delivery of a wide variety of wine, beer, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and food. You will also ensure our Restaurant colleagues are trained to the highest level and receive ongoing feedback and personal development.

What we need from you

You'll be a motivated, outgoing and genuine person who loves to interact with a variety of people and working as part of a team.You'll hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol, be able to work across a 7 day rotating roster and have a passion for exceeding guest expectations. Ideally you'll have at least one year experience in a similar or customer service role in a hotel environment, have the ability to communicate at all levels and have a real passion for ensuring our guests enjoy an effortless stay.
