Your day to day
Great memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a Food & Beverage Attendant in our Room Service Department you’ll provide our guests with a exception in room dining experience. You'll provide them with excellent service while making sure you help build a memorable guest experience for them during their stay with us. You'll ensure compliance with all health, safety, or other requirements.
What we need from you
The successful candidate will have the follow skills and experience:
Be a motivated, outgoing and genuine person
Enjoy interacting with a variety of people and working as part of a team
Hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol
Be able to work across a 7 day rotating roster and have a passion for exceeding guest expectations
Have at least one year experience in a similar or customer service role in a hotel environment
Have a genuine passion for ensuring our guests enjoy an effortless stay
Working rights in Australia is required.
