Your day to day

As Front Office Trainer, your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering great guest experience to our guests is important to us. You will be taking on the role of a trainer and facilitator for exisiting colleagues and new hires. . You will bring the Crowne Plaza brand experience to life. Your team will embrace in this culture and be able to work collaboratively together with guests and colleagues by bringing True Hospitality to everyone.

What we need from you

Ideally, you have graduated from a local university or Polytechnic, holding at least a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism. It will be a plus point if you have also completed ACTA certification or have experiences in conducting stand up training and facilitation for at least 1 year. Alternatively, you should have experience in a hotel Front office Supervisory role for at least 2 years.
