If you'd like to embrace a wider world of experiences and opportunities, we'd like to welcome you to the world's most international luxury hotel brand as the Digital Marketing Manager, InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort and InterContinental Hayman Island Resort based at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort. A key role in our Cluster Commercial Team where you will use your understanding of today’s luxury Guest and the influence of successful digital marketing channels to communicate with our Resort guests across all stages of the path-to-purchase.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will have the unique expertise and experience to connect with the right Guest, through the right digital channel and with the right message to ultimately drive purchase behaviour and loyalty. From building and executing digital strategy, digital advertising campaigns and evaluating the end-to-end customer experience across all digital touch points; to managing all of the Resorts digital channels, this is the ultimate role for a marketing extraordinaire who wants to optimise the digital guest journey to create a personal and powerful digital experience that fosters engagement, purchase behaviour and loyalty.
What we need from you
You will be someone who has a passion for technology and new trends underpinned by 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising and Digital Marketing with a relevant qualification and a passion for online story telling as a foundation. You will have demonstrated capability in influencing and impacting business strategy and have exceptional communication skills that enable you to interact and deliver results with customers, employees, media, influencers and third parties.
An analytic and data driven thinker who has demonstrable experience with google ad words, SEO management, CMS systems, website design and user journey mapping, you will also be a change agent with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and perform in a fast paced, complex, high growth environment. Strategic thinking and the ability to explore new ways of working and be open minded on how we can drive the Resorts digital footprint forward will be highly advantageous. You must also hold the relevant work rights to work within Australia.
