Your day to day
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As our Room Service Order taker, your calm and pleasant demeanor will come across the phone. You will be responsible for taking guest food and beverage orders in a consistently accurate manner. You will ensure that their particular needs are made and that they receive exactly what they ordered. You will answer the phone timely and convey a "I am very happy to assist you" attitude.
What we need from you
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of one year previous customer service experience (preferably in a food service environment). Must have excellent communications and be very organized. Must be a good listener and have great customer service skills. Must be able to multi-task in a faced paced team focused work environment. Must be able tow work a flexible schedule which will includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
