Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Lovedale Venue Manager you’ll manage the day to day operation of The Lovedale Bar and Restaurant.The Lovedale is the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley's popular and versatile dining space with wide appeal. It’s a bar. A restaurant. And it has Sydney Brewery Hunter Valley right next door. It’s a place where tantalising meals are made, where the drinks run cold and where conversations just flow.You'll ensure quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a great guest experience whilst always following government regulations concerning health, safety or other requirements.

What we need from you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a Bachelor's Degree or qualification in Hospitality Management or other relevant discipline, and / or at least 2 years experience in a managerial Food and Beverage role. You will be an 'out of the box' thinker with the ability to maximise revenue opportunities and will also have experience in establishing a budget, forecasting, and implementation of cost reduction measures. You will be effective at leading a service team with demonstrated ability to interact with guests and third parties that reflect the hotel’s brand and the company. In order to succeed within this role innovation and passion are essential along with a strong work ethic. Most importantly, we are seeking an individual with plenty of personality and a desire to offer the highest level of service to our guests.
