The Holiday Inn Old Sydney is located in The Historic Rocks district, and adjacent some of the world’s most iconic tourist locations. The hotel has a rich and diverse history along with easy access to the CBD, and major public transport hubs.
Your day to day
The Assistant Night Manager will lead the Night Team in the absence of the Night Manager and will oversee all overnight operations, including verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges/revenues, as well as assisting with all aspects of guest services. They will ensure the safety, security and smooth running of all other hotel operations in the absence of Senior Management.
What we need from you
The successful candidate should possess the following experience and skills:
A background in hotel front office operations
Experience in a similar role (highly regarded)
Knowledge of Opera
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Unrestricted and unlimited working rights for Australia
