Located on beach front and with a view of the Hajjar Mountains, InterContinental Muscat is a five-star resort in the heart of the city's residential, government and diplomatic quarter.
The hotel's Palm Beach Club offers two floodlit tennis courts, a 25-metre olympic size pool, a leisure pool, a fully equipped fitness center, sauna, jacuzzi and easy access to the beach. Local sites of interest include the Grand Mosque, Opera House and Amouage Perfume Factory.
Your day to day
As a Club Floor Supervisor, you will supervise and participate in efficient handling of all guest related tasks as per Club InterContinental standards. You will:
Perform, assist and provides directions to all Club InterContinental Floor Agents on their duties.
Co-operates, co-ordinates and communicates with other hotel
Monitors Club Floor agents to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention throughout guests stay.
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
Assist in identifying training needs, develops formal training plans and implements training sessions for Club Floor Agents.
Informs other operating departments, notable Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, on matters that concern them.
Review arrivals lists for all arrivals and VIP's to check room allocation, amenities, special requests and arrival times in order to ensure guest satisfaction upon arrival.

Be able to promote the hotel (and InterContinental Hotels Group generally) products and services.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all InterContinental Hotels Group hotels in your region.
