Your day to day

As a Training Manager, you will be hands on in planning, developing and implementing all the Training requirements of the Resort. Working very closely with the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement in analyzing the Training needs of all colleagues and each Department and designs an effective approach to these needs. Developing a complement of qualified departmental trainers and establishes a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results.

What we need from you

You will have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Training with 3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is a must as well as an excellent communication skills.
