Your day to day

As our Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor, your duties will include:• Cross liaising with relevant departments such as planning and sales in regards to set ups• To ensure that all M&E rooms are set to the correct standards and are maintained throughout• To liaise with clients on the day of their function with regards to any amendments or extra requirements• Ensure that all Event space is cleaned, vacuumed and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume• Upon receiving weekly BEO’s, ensuring that all details are read through and requisitions for following week are completed. With queries/questions being raised with the event's office• To liaise closely with the Event Manager with regards to styles of service and catering numbers, before each event
