Your day to day
This role enables, contributes and drives the People Agenda at Crowne Plaza Kobe, aligning with IHG Global and Australasia HR people strategy. This role provides operational, business and strategic support to General Manager and hotel leaders, maximising hotel talent and achieving business goals. As a Human Resource professional, this role drives and improves organisational capability, systems and processes, it builds strong relationships and ensures winning becomes a habit through embedding high performance and driving a culture of high quality, process excellence and continuous improvement. As the world of work evolves, this key role supports leaders to build future capability, maintaining a lens on industry innovation and trends.
What we need from you
•The successful candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field. •Demonstrates strong commercial business acumen and a solid understanding of employee relations practices. •Has 5+ years’ experience in HR Leadership position or related field with at least 3 years in a relevant industry and proven experience developed in a recognized organization. •Must be have verbal and written English skills and a high level of business, change management, negotiation and issue resolution skills along with administration skills. •Advanced interpersonal, influencing and consultative skills with strong leadership development capability.･Must speak local language(s) and being well acquainted with local labor and other related law(s).
