Your day to day

Join our team as Emerging Chef in Regent. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. We’re looking for someone who:

What we need from you

  • An emerging culinary star – driven by passion for produce and cooking.

  • A one of a kind Chef de Cuisine.

  • Looking for an opportunity to be under the wings of a luxury brand and mentorship.

  • He/she has background learning under minimum one to multiple Michelin star chefs, therefore understanding the detailed journey and hard work to open Oku, enlivening The Studio journey.

  • Japanese and French culinary background / experience. Driven by highest quality products and the world of beef.

  • A culinary perfectionist whilst understand the importance developing and retaining Oku culinary team

  • An innovator who thinks outside kitchen boundaries and enjoys guest interaction.

  • Understands and explores the synergy between teams whether kitchen or service, luxury travelers needs, locale and creative arts to optimize The Studio experiences.

  • Reports to Executive Chef
