Your day to day
Under the general direction of the Rooms Division Manager or his / her delegate, and within the limits of established IHG and local Hotel policies and Procedures, responsible for providing all kinds of assistance to the guests at the Airport. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Replaces the guest name on the digital screen, and organizes the guest pick up with the limousine agency.• Greets the guests upon their arrival, assists with the luggage and escorts them to the limousine.• Communicates with the Uniformed Services Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Reservation department and limousine agency for VIP guests or any flight delays or walk-in arrivals.• Promotes the facilities and the services of the Hotel.• Maintains the cleanliness of the Airport Desk and ensures all stationary needed is available.• Demonstrates understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.• Performs related duties and other projects as assigned.
