Your day to day

Manage assigned portfolio to achieve established measures on new hotel signing to ground break pace and other key milestones. Successfully manage renovation and stabilization projects to ensure completion on time, on brand and on budget. Key Accountabilities: 1. Implement and manage processes and systems to achieve targeted timetables for new hotel openings and renovations2. Interface with owners and their representatives to manage hotel openings from signing through the opening lifecycle 3. Collaborate with the HOST team to ensure delivery of high-quality openings and ramp-up4. Ensure accurate and timely forecasting and management of key milestones5. Partner with A&D and Operations to ensure renovations and transitions (i.e., hotels coming out of PIP) are successfully managed, achieving high quality on-brand and on-time re-openings/re-launches

What we need from you

Educational Attainment:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related disciplines or equivalent combination of education and experience. Critical Expertise & Experience:5+ years progressively responsible experience in brand management, franchising operations or other related disciplinesSuccessful experience in managing large, complex projects, working cross-functionally to deliver aligned objectives and creating or launching cross-functional processes/ways of working with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to analyze process, performance data, and owner/business issues and draw insight and conclusionsStrong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
