Your day to day

Manager will work with director on designing commercial strategies that deliver incremental revenue performance for IHG’s luxury alliance partnerships. Role will be responsible for managing day-to-day partnership activities, helping launch alliance partnerships in new markets globally, and working with cross functional teams to deliver against strategic priorities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)● Manage the discovery, design, develop and delivery phases for strategic roadmap initiatives and associated timelines ● Help identify and recommend luxury partnership strategies that will drive incremental performance through IHG booking channels for the luxury alliance partnership ● Assist with creation of strategy briefs for channel and marketing teams to drive accretive revenue for the alliance partnership ● Track project budgets and maintain precise status of spending, commitments and projections● Report key performance metrics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis● Work with cross functional teams (brands, sales, loyalty, marketing, operations, technology, analytics, et al.) at both IHG and at luxury partner organization to deliver strategic partnership initiatives

What we need from you

EducationBachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Experience5 - 7 years progressive work-related experience in partnership and marketing environments with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position. Technical Skills and Knowledge ● Demonstrated experience in partnership, promotional, channel and frequency marketing ● Strong strategic, analytical, problem solving and influencing skills to sustain high impact relationships with key stakeholders● Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, partners and senior management ● Demonstrated strategic thinking through a proven ability to analyze markets, performance data, and business issues and draw insight/conclusions● Project management experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation
