Your day to day

You will ensure that all Club and VIP guests are welcomed warmly and are promptly checked in and checked out of the hotel as per standards, and ensure anticipation in attending to guests’ requests promptly and efficiently based on the objectives, performance and quality standards.

What we need from you

You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. Fluency in business communication skill is required and previous experiences in food and beverage field is preferred.
